— PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:

IN GENERAL:

- Boosty \ Hipolink is preffered
- PayPal is available via 3rd-party invoice (sent via a trusted intermediary)
- Standard payment: 50% / 100% after approved sketch
- For trusted repeat clients payment after completion can be arranged upon agreementPAYMENT PLAN
- Available for orders over $200
- Schedule is discussed individually!!! NO REFUNDS IN GENERAL !!!
Due to country-specific restrictions, refunds are extremely difficult to process. The ONLY way to issue a refund is through YOUR Boosty \ Hipolink page.PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING:
- Platform fees are non-refundable: Boosty \ Hipolink take ~13% per transaction, so you will receive the exact amount I got after fees, not the original total
- Full refund: Only possible before the lineart stage ( or if canceled strictly on my initiative ). In this case, I retain rights to sell the sketch as a YCH, and you may not use it
- Partial refund ( <50% ): If requested during lineart or later, depending on progress. You are allowed to take the unfinished piece to another artist to finish
- Please do not order if you are unsure about your commission!

— EXTRA FEES & REVISIONS

- Major changes ( like pose or composition ) cannot be made once the sketch is approved
- For custom complex formats ( like dakimakuras, comics, etc. ), the sketching and revision workflow is flexible and discussed individually ( usually includes multiple rough sketch steps )
- Design mistakes on my side are always fixed free of charge! Minor tweaks during the sketch stage are also welcome ( you can even draw over sketches if needed )
- Minor tweaks to match your vision are free during the sketching stage. However, if you want a completely different character, body type, or face structure compared to what we started with, it counts as a major change and will cost an extra 20%.
- No edits once the artwork is completed and sentWILL \ CAN COST EXTRA:
- Strict deadlines \ rush orders
- Extra character or art versions
- Private commissions ( keeping the art unposted )- Art formats not listed in my current price table ( dakimakura, comics, icons, stickers, etc.) are discussed individually in PMs
- Any art for commercial use is discussed individually in PMs

— QUEUE \ COMMISSION PROCESS & WORKFLOW

IN GENERAL
Commissions are usually first come, first serve, but I reserve the right to decline commissions I’m not comfortable taking at the moment. In such cases, I may offer you a future slot through my waitlist and will contact you myself once a slot becomes available
- Only 1 active commission per person at a time. I will not start a new piece for you until the current one is finished
- I can work with artistic freedom, though references or a general idea are always appreciated
- I generally DO NOT WORK WITH DEADLINES unless there is an important reason for it ( birthdays, holidays, celebrations, etc )
- If you have a deadline for a special occasion, please mention it in advance to check if it's possibleCOMMISSION PROCESS
Please make sure you've read my TOS before ordering!1. Send over your character refs, pose ideas, background preferences, or any specific details you want to include
2. I'll review your request and send a rough sketch ( or a clean sketch directly ).
( If I draw multiple sketch options and you like more than one, we can save extra ideas for future commissions! Unchosen sketches may be reused for YCHs )
3. Once the sketch is approved, I'll clean it up and finalize the base. This is the last stage for major fixes (pose, composition, background).
4. After the clean sketch is fully approved, I'll send an invoice or payment link.
5. I'll send WIPs along the way (line, flats, render) until your piece is complete!RECEIVING ARTWORK:

— ARTWORK COPYRIGHTS

MY RIGHTS:
- I retain all copyrights to the created artwork ( but not ownership of your OC \ characters )
- I reserve the right to post, use artwork for self-promotion \ portfolio, or withhold it from public posting if neededYOUR RIGHTS & USAGE:
- For personal use only ( printing for yourself, profile pics, wallpapers, etc. )
- Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand
- You are free to repost the art with proper credit ( link back to my FurAffinity page )
- Do not modify, recolor, trace, or heavily edit my artwork

Prices vary within the listed range based on character complexity. Simple designs stay closer to the minimum,
